What is Health? The ability for one to function at their highest potential physically, mentally, and emotionally while thriving with happiness and peace of mind. It does not end with one's physical status or encompass simply how one feels, but involves the unique expression of one's body, mind, and soul unity.
HOLISTIC NUTRITION
Encompassing the nutrients we eat and drink daily, Holistic Nutrition involves dietary components such as
fats, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, water, and oxygen which are used to produce energy and carry out
various biochemical reactions. In addition, the thoughts we think, emotions we feel, and movements we choose to engage in have the ability to both heal and hurt our Health through their impact upon energy production and subsequent supportive metabolic processes. A link between the physical body, mind, and spirit - Holistic Nutrition allows the opportunity to influence all aspects of one's Being with the key thought process of energy production first!
MINDSET
The vital component in any transformation or healing process, Mindset allows one the ability to defy the odds
with the power of belief alone. Aligning one's beliefs with desires, goals, and needs, permits not only mental peace, but also creates resonance throughout life experience and expectation. What we focus upon grows - changing one's
perspective from desperation to appreciation, while not automatic, may quite possibly be the vital first step in recalibrating one's life.
MOVEMENT & BREATH
Allowing the body an opportunity to increase the flow of energy while releasing that of past experiences, Movement has the ability to heal the body - as we are designed to move! Taking a holistic perspective, Movement
comprises a key component of one's nutrition as well, especially when considering a balanced approach including primal patterns, strength, conditioning, flexibility, and mindful practices incorporating the breath such as Tai Chi and Yoga.
